• Local backup functionality

Subscription Terms

Subscription Plans

All Plans Include:

• Unlimited journal entries
• Advanced mood tracking and analytics
• Unlimited vision boards
• Local backup
• Premium writing prompts
• Advanced analytics
• Priority support

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through the App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can cancel anytime through your App Store account settings
• Prices are in USD and may vary by location due to local taxes and exchange rates
• All applicable taxes are additional and will be calculated at checkout

User Responsibilities

By using Lumina Journal, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your device and app access
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not share, sell, or transfer your account
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Content Ownership

Your Content

• You retain full ownership of all journal entries and content you create
• You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service
• You are responsible for the content you create
• We do not read, monitor, or access your personal entries

Our Content

• We retain all rights to the App, its design, features, and functionality
• The Lumina Journal name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Writing prompts and app content are our intellectual property

Data and Privacy

Your privacy is paramount to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we handle your data.

• We do not collect personal information
• All data is stored locally on your device
• Premium users have access to enhanced local backup options
• You control all data export and deletion

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Attempt to harm or compromise the App
• Fail to pay subscription fees when due

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination.
