Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your”) and GuyFin LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) governing your use of the StipenRx app and any related services. By downloading, installing, or using StipenRx, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use StipenRx on your personal iOS device(s) for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (the “Usage Rules”). You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the app except as permitted by applicable law.

2. Subscriptions (StipenRx Pro)

StipenRx offers a premium subscription (“StipenRx Pro” or “Pro”) that unlocks additional features.

Subscription prices are displayed in the app and in the App Store at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region. For example, in the United States: approximately $6.99 per month, $49.99 per year, or $1.99 per week (price per unit shown in the app). All payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details.

2.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

2.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s refund policy. We cannot issue refunds directly.

StipenRx is for informational and organizational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Tax laws vary by jurisdiction and change over time. You are solely responsible for your tax compliance. We recommend consulting a licensed CPA, attorney, or qualified professional for your specific situation. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of calculations, reports, or suggestions in the app.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StipenRx and GuyFin LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app or these Terms. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of StipenRx is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your license to use the app ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability) shall survive.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may be communicated in the app.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware or the United States federal courts.

These Terms of Use supplement the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. In the event of conflict between these Terms and the Usage Rules, the Usage Rules shall govern to the extent they apply to your use of the app through the App Store.
